About

Apartamenty Montana

Apartamenty Montana sits on Krzeptowki 60, a quieter pocket of Zakopane about 10 minutes by car from Dolina Bialego and under half an hour's walk from the Hokus Krokus area. You'll need a car for the centre, but the trade-off is on-site parking and a more relaxed base.

The apartments are set up for independent stays: each has a kitchen with cookware, kettle and tea and coffee facilities, plus a dining table and sitting area. Outside, there's a garden with BBQ facilities, and the property is allergy-friendly and strictly no-smoking.

In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

4 reasons to book
  • Practical self-catering setup — Every apartment includes a kitchen with electric kettle, cookware and tea and coffee facilities, plus a dining table and sitting area — enough to cook and settle in properly.
  • Parking on site — A car park is available, and one review mentions a garage for the car — useful if you're driving to Zakopane, which many guests do given the location.
  • Space for families — Guests note that the apartments feel spacious for a family of five, with separate sleeping areas and room to spread out.
  • Close to ski areas and trails — Budzowski Wierch ski area is about 600 metres away, and the Butorowy Wierch chairlift is roughly 1.2 km, while hiking trails like Dolina Bialego are a short drive.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Car needed for the centre — The property is around 2.7 km from Krupowki Street and the Gubalowka funicular, so the main sights and resort core aren't walkable — plan on driving or a longer journey.
  • Small bedrooms in some apartments — At least one guest found the bedroom compact, even though the overall apartment felt spacious — check the exact layout if bedroom size matters.
  • Cold tile floors — One reviewer noted cold tile floors, which could be a consideration in the cooler months despite heating being listed in the rooms.
  • Limited on-site frills — There's no restaurant, pool or spa on the premises — the appeal is the apartment itself and the surrounding area, not resort-style amenities.

“The location isn't ideal — you need a car to reach the centre. The bedroom was small, but the kitchen was well equipped and the manager very helpful. Cold tile floors, yet the apartment was spacious for our family of five and there was a garage for the car. Great views, with shops and restaurants nearby.”

8.9Verified guest

“The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. It was roomy enough for our family of five, felt modern and clean, and the location was a big plus — the centre and ski resort were only a short distance away. We also appreciated the small shops and a very good restaurant close by.”
